We are delighted to announce our new Woodland Parent & Toddler Group at The Wenallt, near Rhiwbina, north Cardiff [map>>]
Come and join us through the year as we walk the same route and watch the seasons change.
The Group starts Friday 15 September and takes place every Friday (term-time) from 10.00am to 12.00 noon, whatever the weather.
Coed y Wenallt (locally known as ‘The Wenallt’) is an ancient woodland to the north of Cardiff (the big hill on the way to Caerphilly Mountain). It is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest with a wonderful variety of wildlife – including badgers, buzzards, great spotted woodpeckers and wood warbler – and is renowned for its spectacular Springtime blaze of bluebells.
New families always welcome. Just come along, NO NEED TO BOOK.
